Massachusetts passes Medical Marijuana! Other states still weighing in with their laws!
Now the only state in New England with no medical approval is (somewhat ironically) New Hampshire.
Also voting on Mary Jane is:
- Washington (to legalize it for over 21; growing still illegal)
- Oregon (legal for adults)
- Colorado (for personal use/sale- to make it the same as alcohol)
- Arkansas (for medal purposes: so far it’s not looking good- but it is close),
- Montana is looking to amend its current medical laws (restrictive or better defined)
